I found this dental practice on my dental insurance site, because I had just moved to Pac Heights and needed a practice that was closer to my house. I came here on a Friday night and the main doctor was there. He quickly assessed my teeth situation and the staff was able to get me in for a Saturday appointment in 2 weeks to start my crown process. The office itself is clean and the staff friendly. If you’re looking for a general dentist in the pac heights area, I recommend this practice.

I have been going to Metro Dental for the last couple of years. Since Tatiana Wilderman opened her own practice outsde of San Francisco I started seeing Dr Victor Cuadros. I must say he has definitely impressed me with his high level of skills. He also has a comforting way about him which puts you at ease. Dr. Tanya Vilderman shepherded me through many a root canal and crown. I’m not a dentist, so I really can’t comment on the quality of the work I’ve had done. But it’s painless, efficient, and this far I’ve had no complications, so on my end, no complaints.

I had to have an emergency root canal and had no insurance at the time. I had to pay out of pocket and the office did everything they could to accommodate me with the acceptable schedule, but keep the costs as low as possible. Doctor Tatyana Vilderman, They call me every time after I have a tough appointment and see how I’m feeling. They also call and sms to confirm that I’ll be able to make an appointment – and not in a nagging way. It’s very business like and professional. Overall a good experience and the pain is gone – getting my dental insurance as I need much more work to be done

You’ll be treated to a spa-like experience for your teeth. They sized me up in minutes and I never had a cleaning that was so painless. I had an urgent problem with my front bridge, the office of my dentist was closed on that day. I decided to go to the closest dental office which turned out to be Metro Dental Group. Not only they arranged an appointment for me right away but fixed the problem which had nothing to do with their office. I was amazed how Natalya, office manager, Dr Victor Cuadros and the rest of the staff was kind, attentive and professional towards me. I can’t thank them enough and definitely can recommend this office as one of the best I ever attended.

After having a family dentist for 10+ years, had to switch dentists when I moved to the city. Feeling a big pain in what I knew was my wisdom teeth, I went in, and sure enough, it was my wisdom teeth. I picked Metro Dental. Two days after my initial checkup, I was scheduled to get them all taken out. Dr. Cuadros did a SENSATIONAL job (and there were some tough ones to remove). The surgery was painless, and Dr. Cuadros was awesome. I healed extremely quickly, didn’t have to use the heavy pain medication, and everything went amazingly. That was reassuring based on the fact that it was a brand new dentist. The whole process from initial checkup to post-op check took only 9 days. Overall, great office. Kana(?) at the front desk is extremely helpful and courteous. Strongly recommend Dr Cuadros. Also, they’re open past 5pm, so no need to skip out on work!
